Many people spend this weekend at the lake or beach. It's kind of a kick-off to summer!
But there is a much more important reason behind Memorial Day...
Thank you to those who serve our country. Thank you for putting your life on the line for me, for my freedom. I am forever grateful to you.
Thank you to those who have lost their lives so we can live in a free country.
We will never forget you.
And a special "Thank you" to my daddy and uncle for their service to our country. I love you both more than words can say.

This is awesome. A big thanks to your dad and uncle for their service! Freedom definitely isn't free...and we need to remember that every single day!
