Homemade Pizza Recipe

Happy Friday, party people!
Can you believe that tomorrow is the last day of June?
How is 2012 half way over?

Goodness.

Last night I made homemade veggie pizza for dinner!
And it was delicious!

I shared this photo via Instagram and a couple people asked me to share my recipe.

Here ya go...
I use this recipe here for homemade pizza crust. I make this in advance and freeze it.

For this particular pizza, I used organic pizza sauce. I put fresh, minced garlic on the crust (that's the dark spots you see in the picture). I used a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. And I used bell pepper, red onion, mushrooms and black olives for my toppings. But you can use anything.

Sometimes I used pepperoni, sometimes I use hamburger meat. The possibilities are endless.

Here are some of my favorite pizza recipes:

Do you have big plans this weekend?
If we decide to brave the heat, we may go to Wolf Dance tomorrow at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie. It's a big Texas Country Music festival! And I love me some Texas Country!

This was at Wolf Dance a couple years ago...

Other than that, we have no plans!
Have a good weekend!
