Hi y'all! I promise I haven't forgotten about you!
I had Friday off work because we were out of town and yesterday I had every intention of posting, but I was home from work with the worst migraine in history.
Anyhoo...
Our weekend was so fun, but sooo tiring and busy!
My moms birthday was on Sunday. And that was the whole reason for going to College Station over the weekend. But Texas A&M hosted TCU, Ole Miss and Dayton for the part of the NCAA Regional Baseball tournament. So there were lots of fun baseball games to watch.
{sidenote: my mom works for A&M's athletic department, so she had to be at all the games}
Friday, Corby and I took my dad to lunch at Wings N More (my favorite!). After lunch we headed to Olsen Field to watch A&M's first game of the weekend. A&M played and beat Dayton that night.
Saturday, mom and I met some of her friends for lunch to celebrate her birthday. After that we all headed back to Olsen to watch A&M play (and lose miserably to) Ole Miss. It was an awful game. Sloppy plays, bad calls, etc.
Sunday morning, we took my mom to Cracker Barrel for breakfast since she had to be at work at 10:30. Then we headed home!
Here are some pictures from our weekend...

We really did have a fun weekend, but there was a lot of time spent sitting in the sun and the sun just wears me out. And then yesterday's migraine wore me out even more. Ugh.
I hope your weekend was great! I have been a horrible blogger as of late. I haven't been blogging and I haven't been reading your blogs! Promise to be better! Happy Tuesday!

ugh sorry to hear about your migraine. Sounds miserable! I am petrified of ever getting one. But sounds like a fun weekend! And my nephew loves snocones. I don't like them ... I know, I'm weird.
I had a dreamsicle snocone this weekend too :) So yummy!
Feel better! I used to have migraines all the time and they are just the worst!
Sad and happy day in our house when TCU beat A&M... but glad to hear you are feeling better.
