Today's post is going to be short.
And to the point.
I've talked about beauty on this blog before.
I'm a girl. And I love fashion and makeup and nail polish just like other girls.
Well Lindsey did a post a couple days ago about how people judge beauty based on whether you're fat or skinny. And I agree with her 100%. Your weight does not define you. That number on the scale does not make you beautiful. And these websites, magazines, TV shows, etc. that are constantly bashing women because of their weight has got to stop. Little girls (especially young teens) are learning the incorrect definition of beauty.
Your heart makes you beautiful.
It makes me sad that people have an such an unrealistic view of what it means to be beautiful.

Very nice. I used to teach high school, and it's definitely true about the unrealistic images teenagers are faced with. As a young woman, we also have to battle it and be a good role model. Great post!
