This has been such a long week.
I've worked two 10+ hour days. And yesterday I was out of town for an all day meeting.
Needless to say, I haven't worked out once this week.
I stepped on the scale this morning and I was seriously scared that I had gained weight.
But I haven't gained!
I am 4 weeks and 3 days into Weight Watchers and
I'm down 12.5 pounds!
I weigh in for WW every Sunday morning. This past Sunday, WW told me that I am losing weight too quickly. But I know that I'm being healthy about this. I'm eating three full meals a day and I usually have an afternoon snack. And I'm working out a maximum of 4 times a week and, honestly, I'm lucky if I make it to the gym 2-3 times.
The best news this week is that I am wearing a pair of pants to work today that I haven't been able to wear in months! That is such a great feeling!!
I still have a LONG way to go to reach my goal weight. And I'm fully prepared for that to take months. But I'm so proud of how far I've come in just over 4 weeks!!

I just recently made this and my phone was dead at the time and didn't get to take any pictures! Bad blogger! But I will most likely make this again this weekend. It was THAT good!
