This weekend was amazing!
Corby was baptized!
And it was such a special time for him!
We've been going to First Baptist Euless for almost three years now and we have truly been blessed by this church family!
Yesterday, at First Euless, was "I am Not Ashamed" Sunday. The entire service was dedicated to baptism and the public profession of faith in Jesus Christ! It truly is an incredible experience.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes... Romans 1:16
Yesterday, 84 people stood before the church and before God to declare that Jesus is their Lord and that they are NOT ashamed!
Telling everyone that Jesus is his Lord and he is not ashamed!
Buried with Christ in baptism...
...and raised to walk a new life.
I couldn't be more proud of my husband and the Godly man that he is. I am so glad that I was able to share this special moment with him!! Both of our families came up for the weekend too.
