Ello my loves!
Since I've just recently started my weight loss journey and recently joined Weight Watcher, I'm link up with two of my favorite bloggers:
Kristen &
Raven! They're hosting this fabulous linking up about getting healthy!
I previously posted about my first week on Weight Watchers. You can view that post here.
So far, I'm loving WW. It's been really easy for me to follow and stick to my points!
In fact, yesterday was the first day that I went over on my points and it was only by 2. Thank goodness WW gives you an extra 49 points per week that you can use however you choose. You also get extra points by working out. I earned 8 extra points yesterday by working out. (So with those points, technically I didn't go over my points)
I don't by any means consider myself a lazy person, but working out is NOT my favorite thing to do. BUT, having my hubby by my side makes it little better. He's so encouraging to me and so supportive. A typical workout for me would be either 20 minutes on the elliptical or stationary bike, then an arm workout and an ab workout.
Here's some of the workouts I'm currently using:
I love these medicine ball workouts.

Corby and I have made it our goal to workout at least 4 times a week. Preferably 3 week days and 1 day per weekend. On the weekends we like to play tennis or do something fun!
Obviously, a big part of getting healthy and losing weight is eating right. And that's clearly a huge part of Weight Watchers. Pinterest has been a big help in finding WW recipes! SkinnyTaste and Eat Yourself Skinny are two of my favorite resources for WW/healthy meals!!
Do you have any health/fitness goals?
Be sure to link up!
Happy Thursday! Tomorrow is Friday :)

Keep it up Lia!
I hate working out on Friday's so I usually always take that day off, with the exception of this week since I already took my two days off this week. Boo!
It sounds like you are doing an amazing job! I hate exercising too, but I try to do a little bit just to stay healthy. My problem is that I need to watch what I eat more. It's amazing how long it can take to burn off what you eat.
I am not a big fan of working out either! The workouts you posted though look do-able, I may have to try them out!
I HATE working out! I am going to have to check out these workouts. Its time to start incorporating something in. Dreading this part. You CAN do this! Its great that your hubby is working out with you and keeping you motivated!
