Hello, friends!
It's Monday. Again.
This weekend was another boring one for us.
We had plans to grill out with friends on Saturday night, but I woke up early Saturday morning with awful stomach pains. Needless to say, I spent most of the day just laying on the couch trying to decided if I wanted to try eating something or not. Corby went ahead to our friends house and I stayed home.
While being a bum on Saturday, I started watching Gossip Girl on Netflix.
I'd never seen the show before and I'm 8 episodes into season 1 and I'm hooked!
Yesterday, I baked some muffins to have for breakfast this week.
I made these:
ricotta cheese chocolate chip muffins
I was skeptical about the ricotta cheese. But these are seriously the most delicious, fluffy, moist muffins! They taste like biting into a yummy chocolate chip cookie! And the best part, they're only 5 WW points per muffin! SCORE!
Sooo... My birthday is one month from today...

But it's never to early to start thinking up a birthday wishlist!
I know here in a couple weeks my family will start asking what I want for my birthday...

And I have been watching GG from the beginning and have been a fan since (plus I'd also love to steal Blair's wardrobe asap). And I hate to say it, but this recent season sort of became too much. It really needs to end. :(

Those muffins look delicious and the fact that they are 5 WW points is amazing. I don't know if I would have tried them since they have Ricotta, but since you said they are good I'm going to try them.
