Happy Tuesday that feels like Monday!
I hope you all had a wonderful 3-day weekend! I have a 3-day work week standing in my way of another 3-day weekend! Yay!!
I know that technically fall doesn't start until September 22. And let's be real, in Texas we'll be lucky if it feels like fall before Thanksgiving! BUT, as soon as September rolls around, the fall decor comes out and I start cooking with pumpkin!

These are just a few of my favorites. And yes, at one point or another in the past 2 years, I've made all of these. The pumpkin snickerdoodles are my absolute favorite cookie of all time!

I love pumpkin and try to use it year round! My favorite is pumpkin enchiladas :-)
I have so many new recipes I wanna try that have pumpkin in them! LOVE Fall! And I almost busted out our fall decor yesterday, but thought it was a little too early. So I'm waiting until Friday. ;)
