Happy Thursday!
When it comes to TV, I tend to gravitate towards drama. Surprised?
Honestly, cable is super frustrating. If it wasn't for college football and Rangers baseball, I think Corby would have canceled our cable a long time ago. We watch way more Netflix than we do live TV.
But, alas, fall TV has started and our DVR is rapidly filling up.
Here's what's scheduled for our DVR to record this fall.
Sunday:
Revenge
Last season of Revenge was amazing. I can't wait to see what these
crazies are up to this season!
Dexter
We've been watching Dexter from the beginning and it looks like this season everyone is finally going to find out what Dexter has been up to. Eeek!
Monday:
90210
Don't judge. But I loved the original Beverly Hills 90210 and I got bored this summer and watched the first 4 seasons on Netflix. So now that I'm caught up, why not watch season 5 live!
Gossip Girl
As I mentioned yesterday, I'm finally catching up on season 5, courtesy of Netflix. I can't believe I'm so late to jump on the Gossip Girl bandwagon, but better late than never, right? I'm officially obsessed with all of the drama and love triangles! And Chuck Bass.
Tuesday:
Parenthood
Corby and I started watching this from the beginning and I have to say it's one of the most "real" shows on TV. It really does deal with all kinds of issues that real people deal with.
Wednesday:
Modern Family
One of the funniest shows on TV. Hands down.
Arrow
A new show. But I'm intrigued. Basically a millionaire-playboy is presumed to be dead and five years later he is discovered on a remote island. After he comes home, it's obvious he's changed. Blah, blah, blah. We'll see.
Thursday:
The Vampire Diaries
Ian Somerhalder. Need I say more? Joking. Sort of. I am obsessed with this show. This is another show that I started via Netflix and I've caught up in time to watch the 4th season. And the last season completely left me wanting more.
Grey's Anatomy
I've been faithful in watching Grey's from the very beginning. At times, I wanted to give up, but I persevered. And I'm glad I did. There have been some serious cliffhangers in this show.
Glee
I was disappointed with last season. And I was skeptical about this season since I knew they would lose some of the original cast and things are always iffy when you change up a cast. BUT, I have to say that two episodes in, I'm really loving this season! And I love the addition of Kate Hudson and the new guy, Brody... LOVE!
Friday:
CSI: NY
CSI: NY has always been my favorite of the CSIs. I love Mac Taylor! And I'm so glad that NY is returning this year. Last season ended with too many unanswered questions.
And now I've realized that I watch wayyy too much television.
Awesome.

Modern Family was AMAZING, duh :) I loved Parenthood, and I may even catch Grey's tonight for the first time in forever. Maybe it's time I gave them another shot!
I have a similar post that I've been working on! Ummmm, you and I are gonna have to chat during 90210!!!!! It's my favorite show ever. No shame. I can't even remember where the heck the last season left off. I might have to go back and watch again, haha.
And Vampire Diaries... yesssssss! Still have about 3 episodes of season three to watch that I'm dragging out until the premiere! :)
Love me some Glee and Grey's!!! I decided Wednesday has the worst new show... Animal Practice? wow this will not last long...
We have a lot of the same taste in television: I love Revenge, like you I've been a Grey's fan for a long time (not the beginning but from like Season 2 or 3 I think) I've wanted to give up on it plenty of times but keep coming back to it! I love Glee. LOVE it. Sad my Puck is not a regular anymore though! CSI: NY is my addiction! I once watched 72 hours straight (legit, no break, I had the flu and couldn't sleep LOL) I am currently in the process of watching GG on Netflix (I'm only on season 2 or 3 though) so I'll just catch up eventually. I am debating starting Vampire Diaries on Netflix as well (I am already in the prosses of Pretty Little Liars on Netflix too LOL) I tried Dexter, just couldn't get into it ... maybe I will give it another shot eventually. And the new 90210 I watched thr first two seasons religiously, now can take it or leave it. And I'm intrigued by Arrow as well, am going to give it a shot!
Um. I think I watch too much tv as well! LOL!
After hearing so much hype about Gossip Girl, I've started it on Netflix. Only a few episodes in, so not totally hooked, but getting there. Today, on my sick day off, I'm tackling The Kennedys miniseries. Looks promising!
OMG! I cannot wait for Dexter!! Or Grey's.. This season of Dexter looks soooooo good :)
We literally have the same taste in TV!! I just started watching Parenthood on Netflix and I love it! You know what you need to watch is Scandal? It starts again tonight after Grey's but the first season is on Netflix and it's only like 8 episodes. It's my new favorite show!!
LOVE Modern Family! So happy to see a new episode last night. I am also looking forward to Grey's and the Office tonight. Love fall TV!
Girl. We are pretty much DVR twins! I just started watching Revenge on Netflix and I am SO OBSESSED with it. Next up will be Parenthood, because I've heard it's absolutely amazing. LOVE me some fall TV!
Do you know when the new 90210 is starting? I've looked several times and it won't show up on my guide! I have to see what the outcome is with Dixon!!!!

I miss you! Parenthood is my absolute fave on so many levels. And I'm about to watch Glee from Thursday on Hulu+ !!! I love both!
