Hi friends! I'm back!
First things first, thank you for your kind words and your prayers! They really meant more to me than you'll ever know. So, thank you. From the bottom of my heart.
I'm back after an unplanned 4-day absence from work, life, etc. My only grandmother was hospitalized last Tuesday after a bad fall. {You can read this post for more details}
My grandmother still has a ways to go, but she has made so much progress. She constantly amazes me with her positive attitude and her willingness to keep going. She's supposed to be released from the hospital today or tomorrow. She'll be moved into a rehab facility where she'll still have the care of nurses to check vitals and whatnot, but she can have more attention from a physical therapist.
Anyhoo...
Some tidbits from my "weekend."
* My Aggies won again. But barely, again.
Seriously, I suffer from anxiety and high blood pressure due to Aggie football.
{excuse the poor quality iPhone picture}
Even thought the game wasn't pretty, a win is a win.
* I found some pumpkin gems at the grocery store recently
* Isn't it amazing how some days you can be really down and God can speak to you through the little things? Nothing like a pretty sunset to remind you of God's grace.
That's all I've got for you today. I have a lot to catch up on...
I've been promising you a recap of our weekend at the Gruene Wine & Music Fest.
It will happen this week. Promise!
Happy Monday, y'all!

How excited are you about Johnny Manziel for the Heisman? Of course, it would be awesome but I think it would be great for our school! Especially with it being our first season in the SEC. Definitely a stressful game!
