A Thankful Heart

Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away. Crazy, I know. This is the time of the year when everyone thinks of what they're truly thankful for. And this year, instead of posting something I'm thankful for every day, {you're welcome} I'm doing one post.

I'm thankful for....

....God's grace for His children

....that today is Friday

.....my best friend and soul mate

....that we live in a free country. Thankful for the rights to free speech, freedom of religion and the right to vote for our leaders

....for our jobs. Because we've been blessed with good jobs, we're never without

....for my best friends

....to live in the greatest place on earth - Texas!

....weekends at home with my love. No plans, just us

....Aggie football #BTHObama

...technology - without my iPhone or computer (and social media) I wouldn't be able to keep in touch with so many of my friends

....this little blog of mine. I never dreamed people would actually be interested in anything that I have to say. You all constantly amaze me and I'm thankful for each of you!

....my love of cooking/baking and a husband who is willing to try anything

....our families. Also thankful that we are so close to both families and that we get to spend so much time with them

....for the men and women who serve in our military. They sacrifice so much so that we can continue to live in a free country. Sunday is Veteran's Day, so please remember those who've served our great country

....leftover Halloween candy {this may be more of a curse than a blessing}

....my love for reading. There is nothing better than getting lost in a good book

....for our amazing church - First Baptist Euless

....Blue Bell peppermint ice cream

What are you thankful for?
